On a food-related note, the last few days have been a whirlwind of activity and I’ve not spent much time at all in the kitchen. For Thanksgiving, I just made more African Sweet Potato soup and some vegan mac and cheese and I just made pizza for dinner last night. We ate at my parents’ house tonight and my Mom made a totally incredible vegan chili with red quinoa, which I’d love to recreate. I hope to have at least one more food post before MoFo ends. If you feel like sharing, what do you have planned for these last few days of MoFo?

What a cool shirt. I LOVE dark chocolate chip cookies with pecans and sea salt. The salt and the crunch and the chocolate. Yum. Time to get baking!

Cake!!!! Any (vegan) kind, but I really like vanilla cake with chocolate frosting.

My fave is peanut butter cupcakes. Or PB anything. I keep hearing about a fantastic Vegan Peanut Butter Bombe but haven’t found it around here yet.
